Q: What t-shirts do you print on? |
A: We use Hanes Elegance for the girls t-shirts and Gildan Heavyweight Ultra or Hanes Top T for the boys. |
Q: I'm a girl and I want a boys t-shirt. will it fit? |
A: Sure, though you'll want to go for a smaller size. Our t-shirts are pretty standard sizes and fits. Find out your man-size first from a male friend, relative or colleague. |
Q: Do you ship overseas? |
A: yep. Just make sure you select the right postage when you purchase.

Q: How long will i have to wait for my items to arrive? |
A: We post using Royal Mail Airmail. They estimate 3-5 days, but we'd give it a week. |
Q: How much does shipping cost? |
A: £2.50 to the UK and Europe (this covers packaging as well as post) and £4 to the rest of the world. |
Q: Help. i've ordered a t-shirt with the wrong postage option. what'll happen? |
A: We'll cancel the order and refund your money. you can then re-order correctly. We'll contact you to let you know what's happened if we can. |
Q: Are there different colour options available for the t-shirts? |
A: Not yet. but let us know if you want a t-shirt in a different colour. If the demand is there, we'll introduce it. |
Q: Can I exchange or return items? |
A: Yes, if you return the items in an unworn and unwashed condition. You have to pay postage costs to return items and ship out new ones (i.e. for america, $XX return + £4 shipping back to you.) We check everything before we send it out, but if you get defective goods we'll replace it and refund you all your postage costs. Email us here and we'll send you our street address. |
